1. About the Site

The Site publishes independent criticism, series reviews, and desk information about television and streaming programmes. We are an editorial publisher, not a broadcaster, video host, or retail platform. Programme titles and platform names appear for identification and fair comment. Viewing occurs on third-party services subject to their own terms.

The Site is intended for readers aged thirteen and above given the factual crime subject matter discussed in reviews. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising younger readers.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse and link to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • scrape, harvest, or systematically download content to build competing datasets or train automated models without our written consent;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, editorial systems, or hosting infrastructure;
  • introduce malware, interfere with Site availability, or misrepresent your affiliation with Stream Review;
  • republish full articles or large excerpts without attribution and permission;
  • use the Site in violation of applicable law, including laws governing defamation, harassment, or copyright.

We may suspend or block access that violates these Terms or threatens Site integrity.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise credited, text, layout, and original photography on the Site are owned by Stream Review Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us for editorial use. Trade marks, programme titles, and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners. Our use is for review and commentary.

Brief quotation with clear attribution and a link to the source page is permitted. Commercial reproduction, translation for resale, or inclusion in paid compilations requires prior written permission. Enquiries: [email protected].

4. Editorial content and disclaimers

Reviews and library review pieces reflect the professional judgement of named contributors at the time of publication. They are opinions, not statements of fact about commercial performance, legal outcomes, or platform policies. Platform availability and programme metadata may change after publication; check official listings for current status.

5. Third-party links and embeds

The Site may link to external websites or embed content such as maps after you consent to functional cookies. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. Cookie practices are described in the Cookie Notice. By using the Site you acknowledge those notices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Stream Review Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or operation without faults.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stream Review Pte. Ltd. from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
